TRIBAL NATIONS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tribal Nations we are committed to provide you with a positive shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product our Customer Service department will make every effort to assist you. We wish to provide you with courteous service and handle your returns and exchanges in a prompt manner.

Return or exchange a Tribalnation.net purchase by mail

Eligible items for returns or exchange must not be worn or washed and be returned 30 days from the original date of receipt.

1. Include original packing slip included with your order.
2. Please circle item(s) you are returning. Please indicate reason(s) for your return.
3. Indicate replacement item (Product #, Size, Color), if exchanging item.
4. For returns the original credit card will be credited or you will receive a refund.
5. Items that do not match you Order/Invoice or have a manufacturer defect will be exchanged and sent to you free of Shipping Charge.

All other exchanges will incur an additional shipping charge for the new product. Please include payment for shipping costs with the exchange order.

Tribal Nations will credit your credit card or refund your money should you wish to return your merchandise instead of making an exchange. You will be refunded the current cost of the item plus any applicable taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
